• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for defective or wrong items received. Items must be in their original condition with all accessories included.

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Tech Shop Ghana does not offer refunds for change of mind or misuse of products.

• Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
